Word "bezoar" comes from Persian "pâdzahr," which means "antidote," since, in ancient times, it was believed that bezoar could cure and nullify effects of all poisons. In medical context, is the term used for conglomerates undigested material accumulate de gastrointestinal tract. Case 60-year-old female patient with repeated episodes intestinal obstruction associated digestive tract bleeding. She presented to emergency department severe abdominal pain intolerance oral route. Computed tomography identified hypodense image suggestive a oreign body small bowel lumen. During laparotomy, stone-like mass approximately 3×5 cm found at level jejuno-ileal junction, 80 Treitz ligament, presence an flange conditions rotation loop on its axis. Intestinal due uncommon adult patients, symptoms are usually non-specific. It requires high index suspicion effective screening trichotillomania. such cases, imaging studies as help establish diagnosis.
